this hotel was good choice for exploring rotorua, enjoyed it. the bed was nice and so were the pillows. had breakfast for 10 nzd per person. near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

The property met requests, we would come there again. 20 minutes walk to a bus stop. A best base for exploring Rotorua. The location was next to everything we wanted to do.
